No. Influenza is the disease that Swine Flu virus causes and influenza is not curable yet. It is preventable. It is able to have the symptoms mitigated with antiviral medicines and cough medicine and other flu medicines over the counter. But a cure is not yet developed for the flu or for the common cold. Once you have had a particular type of flu virus, you will less likely get that same exact virus again and for some people it is lifelong immunity, although there are some scientists who believe that the immunity weakens over time and that is a reason for repeated vaccinations for the flu each season along with the need to cover any new flu viruses that are in the wild that season.
