organisations really dnt matter when you join a large one like syntel/IBM.lot depends on the kind of work and the people in your team.as far as i know IBM India has not got a great management and hikes are in single digits.However,IBM offers lots of flexibiity(flexi time,work from home,etc).travel oppurtunites are very less in IBM as more or less projets are offshored to India,and lots of IBM usa ppl at customer sites(working for decades).
