1st of all, it depends on which channels you watch. Here are some examples:
- Animal Planet? Good.
- Discovery Channel? Good.
- BBC? Good.
- Cartoon Network? Not good, but not bad.
- Disney Channel? Not Good, but not bad.
- Those Stripping Channels i dont watch? Bad.
So that way, the question "Is TV Good for you?" cannot be answered, as it is up to you to answer it - do you want it to be good for you? If so, watch the good channels. But don't bore yourself. Sometimes, it's ok to watch Cartoon Network.
2nd of all, even if you're watching BBC, there's a limit. It is obviously not good for your eyes if you watch it too much, no matter how good the channels are. So limit your time.
Kids, stop at 4 hours of watching TV. To be honest, that's a pretty lot and children usually watch only for about 2 hours before getting bored. But for the addicted ones, it's time to limit yourselves.
Adults, no, you dont get excused either. 4 hours is more than enough to get the latest celebrity goss, or find out what happened by the recent flood.
