I've taken temazepam for about 1 l/2 years, for sleep only. 30mg. I've never abused it and it works for its purpose. I drink beer, am active and enjoy fishing. I have a very high level of anxiety, especially as it relates to my kids (37-40) yr old. They are a big stress problem for me and so is my SISTER, who I hate. In fact, she'll be lucky if she lives much longer. But, can't say too much damaging stuff out here. Temazepam is a life saver for me. Don't abuse it. It's needed for people like me.
