People often love Cricket. They have unlimited texting and the price is really great. Att also has a prepaid no contact mobile plans with texting options. They are really great if you are someone who really needs to be able to text alot, but don't want the constraints of having a contract.

My opinion would be the iPhone. Of course, I havent tried all the at&t phones but have had quite a few. The iphones internet is great and the screen is big. Texting really isn't hard and the touch screen is great. But, you have to pay for internet with it which is $30 a month.
Most teens are really into texting. So they usually get the unlimited texting plan. Teens also use their phones for internet, and calling family or friends.
