Of course, the vast majority of these things have been found at the bottom of the mountain, but some are surprisingly much higher up. One thing that has been found living on Everest is the Euophrys omnisuperstes. The Euophrys omnisuperstes is a small jumping spider that lives 22,000 ft up Mount Everest.
