this seems like an obvious answer, but its either rear-wheel drive, or 4-wheel drive
all camaros are rear whell drive
you need a whell alignment
Yes, a good mechanic should have the tools to remove a wheel lock without damage to the wheel.
yes opposite colours on the colour whell do match!
passenger side by front whell well.
you have to get a tranny from a two wheel drive and drive shaft. remove everything to do with four wheel drive and hook up the new tranny crossmembere and drive shaft then it will work. if you want to do the front end good luck
If you have a four wheel drive I suggest first that you go get a owner repair manual but in order to change to four whell drive with a locking hub depending on the vehicle you must turn the metal bar on the center shaft of the wheel hub. that is the locking mechanism. + you may have one or more other things to do so go pay the thirty dollars for the book before you break the front transmission. or wait for a better answer.
the torch whell it only is 26.3 grams so it has bad defence but good attack
check the 4 whell high actuator
lube the whell bearings once a year is usually all that is needed

it can affect the movement that pull the whell and the weight
