There is no "apostles' creed" (nor is the word "creed" used at all) in The Bible.

Answer

There are several places in the New Testament that may reflect early forms of the creed: Romans 10:9-10, 1 Corinthians 15:4 and 1 Timothy 3:16. The Apostles Creed was an attempt to provide succinct statements which summarized the heart of the Christian faith. It was not written by the Apostles but it certainly reflects their teachings. It's earliest form appeared in Rome about A.D. 340.
