No, we don't really know where the Ark is in the world if it's even still in existence. Some people think it was destroyed many years ago, some people think the Catholic church is hiding it, and some people think it's being protected in a shrine in Ethiopia. I saw this program on the History channel that showed this ancient shrine that's being protected by armed guards who are authorized to use lethal force if someone tries to enter who is not authorized. This place claims to have the Ark but won't allow anyone to see it except a few high ranking priests. So really, no one knows for sure where it is and if they do they're either not saying or not allowing confirmation.

it is in Jerusalem because it was part of kings Solomon's temple and when they fought they knocked it down and the only wall left was the wall in the west side so that is why. it was also called the western wall as it is in the west part, but it is also called the wailing wall as people look like they are wailing when they stand there praying.
The Western Wall, formerly called the Wailing Wall, was made by the ancient Israelites. It is an outer wall (and the last remnant) of the ancient Temple in Jerusalem.
