The most recently published book in the series is The Time Paradox.
The Atlantis Complex was announced more recently, however, and has an availability date (which could change) of July, 2010. Eoin Colfer hasn't stated whether this will be the last book in the series or not.
Colfer said in an interview a long time ago (spoiler alert) that he wanted to have one more book with Opal Koboi in it - Atlantis Complex - and then he'd get rid of her. (spoiler alert) He also discussed the fact that since Arty had magic he may have a longer life span so the series could go on longer. He continued to hint at an eighth book but that's about it.
