Installing Google Chrome just gives you a stable Browser. The internet gets to the normal speed of running.
It depends on various factors of the system. Google Chrome is fast but it also takes a lot of space.

One is a search engine and one is a web browser :/ I have a question for you - Q: what is the difference between this question and a normal question? A: A normal question has good grammer, go to school...

Yes, you can download Google Earth for free. There is also a professional version of Google Earth called Google Earth Pro for business users. That version has some new features (e.g., better printing, advanced import support, etc.) but uses the same imagery so it's generally not worth the annual cost for the casual user.
Provided you have the most recent version of Chrome OS on your Chromebook, you should be able to open the Netflix site and watch a streaming movie as normal.
Google has not yet posted specific system RAM requirements. The program runs pretty well, so there's a good chance that as long as you have enough RAM to run XP or Vista, you have enough RAM to run Chrome.Another Answer:You need about 1GB of RAM to run Chrome along with any other applications open. Right now I have 9 tabs open and Chrome is the only application I am running right now and I'm using 650MB of RAM if that gives you some perspective. I don't have a lot of applications running in the background either. There are some tweaks to minimize the amount of RAM Chrome uses, but I would personally install a SSD hard drive. Then you won't have to worry about the amount of RAM so much because the swap file is 10x faster with a SSD. I only have 512MB of RAM but I have a SSD and my old computer flies!
Use a thesaurus to find the words "normal" and "conventional."
