Is the Colorado columbine flower a evergreen?

An evergreen is a plant that has leaves through every season. What comes to mind are conifers, pines, spruces, etc., but it can also be a plant in a steady climate that doesn't lose it's leaves.

The Columbine loses it's leaves in the winter, so based on the definition of an evergreen the Columbine is not an evergreen, but is instead deciduous.
