No, they're a progressive metal band with a lot of positive songs but not all of them talks about God. BTW, there are some members of Dream Theater such John Petrucci and John Myung that believes in God. If you want to look for very cool progressive music with a Christian message, look for Neal Morse, it's considered the best musician in the progressive scene and also is Christian ;)
