HCG drops are bad for you. These are like the weight loss version of steriods (just metaphorically). Please take this into consideration: There is no easy way to lose weight. BOTH a good diet and exercise is the best way to keep muscle and lose fat. Anything that sounds too good to be true will have a huge downside. If you want my credibility, I have been a collegiate wrestler for almost 10 years. Our focus is everything about diet and exercise. And contrary to belief, we don't starve ourselves. We are very understanding of the body and how it works. Please, don't give into any weight loss supplement. Exercise and Dieting is the way to go. It depends any diet can be harmful if done improperly. For anyone considering doing the hCG diet it would be advised for you to talk to your primary care physician first to see if you should even be doing a diet.

A lot of people think the hCG diet could be harmful though because you consume such few calories. While you do consume only 500 calories for the majority of the diet that is not harmful to your body when done in conjuction with proper hCG drops or injections.

Normally your body will go into starvation mode, but the hCG allow your body to burn the fat stores for energy, which is safe.
