Best Answer

Yes.

The Most-Holy Spirit is a person (Gk. "hypostasis") of the Triune Godhead. All the glory of the Father is His also, for He is God.

For this reason, Orthodox Christians worship Him alongside the Father and the Word, as their Lord, Creator, and Sanctifier. A mystical relationship with God involves a personal encounter with the Holy Spirit as much as it does with the Father and the Word.

The Holy Spirit is not a person in the sense that Jesus is a person of flesh and bone, but in the sense of seeing and hearing us, (1 Peter 3:12), speaking to us, (Revelation 2:17), knowing us, (1 Corinthians 2:11), making intercession for us, (Romans 8:27), and dwelling with us, (John 14:17), he is certainly very real.

The holy spirit is a spirit and not a person.

The Holy Spirit is the Third Person of the Holy Trinity, God the Father being First, and His Son, Jesus , the Second. They are separate and together , Spirit or not, as They please. The Holy Trinity is a Mystery of Faith.

Why is Holy Spirit referred to as He in the bible?

Christians believe that the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity. God the Father, and God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. This would make the Holy Spirit a He. When does the holy spirit enter into a person?

The answer to this question is unknown since it is not written specifically in the Bible. The Bible mentions the Holy Spirit but not specifically when we receive it. In Psalm David asks God not to take the Holy Spirit away from him, which means David had The Holy Spirit and was afraid God would take it away. In the New Testament Jesus says to his disciples that He is leaving but will send a 'Helper', this is considered to be the Holy Spirit. Pentecost is about the Disciples receiving The Holy Spirit. So, although the Bible talks about The Holy Spirit, it does not tell us when we receive or why.

Where in the Bible you can find the verse that says the spirit is always here but not always in you?

There isn't actually a Scripture in the Bible that says that. But only true Christians possess the Holy Spirit within them (I Corinthians 6:19) and he will continue to be in them and not leave. Unbelievers do not have the Holy Spirit in them. In the Old Testament the Holy Spirit would come upon certain people whom God wanted to use, but generally the Holy Spirit did not abide in any person.
