Well, it all depends on how much energy is put into the attack...it's not like these attacks are like Frieza's death beam or Piccolo's special beam cannon, those attacks will actually kill an opponent if they strike, unlike kamehameha and final flash where they are just energy attacks. But remember, I just mean if all of these attacks were shot at the same level...if enough energy is put into ANY attack it will destroy ANY opponent...so which one is stronger...well it depends which fighter is stronger...but if you want to get fun with this, SSJ4 Goku's kamehameha vs SSJ4 Vegeta's Final Flash/Shine attack...looks pretty even to me...
