As of September 10th, 2010, Park51, the Islamic community center about two blocks from Ground Zero, is still planned to be built.
There is no point of building it there. every day Americans will look at the people coming out of the mosque and despise them for the wrong reasons. but it will probably go ahead. I don't understand why they want to build it on ground zero because everyone knew it would cause trouble.

Yes so did Joy Behar. It was a heated argument about the Muslim mosque in NYC.
The proposed site is made up of two buildings. One, a former Burlington Coat Factory building on Park Place, was purchased by developers in 2009. The other attached building is still owned by the New York Utility, Con Edison. That building is presently being rented by the mosque promoters. You can see the location at the links provided below and a discussion about the sale and proposed use.
NO
He stays there bcus he built it with love,he raised his family their.God bless him.
Probably the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul, only it's not an operating mosque anymore. The Dome of the Rock, generally (mis)named the Mosque of Omar, would be a close second. The mosques of Mecca and Medina probably appear on the memory cards of a lot of pilgrims, but are less frequently published. In the next few years the "Ground Zero Mosque" is NYC will probably generate a lot of prints.
I think it was in 1869, but it was not MTA service at the time
Being a licensed master plumber IN New York City I know for a fact there are 1,200 LMPS in NYC to service the buildings as required by NYC plumbing code. Even old tenements have certain codes that have to be followed as I am now servicing a building built and still using the original piping since 1853
Yes. He lives in NYC
