No, probably not, it depends what one means by 'PSP Slimline'. When people talk about a PSP slim (and lite), they are referring to the PSP 2000. Now maybe someone somewhere is marketing the PSP GO as a 'slimline' PSP but it's not an official designation, most people just call it 'The GO'.
There's Psp 1000, 2000, 3000, Go, NGP {Next Generation Portable} or call it Psp 2 and if this is the same for the others there's {Psp Slimline & Lite}
Sony: Ps1, Ps2 & Slimline, Ps3 & Slimline, Psp 1000, Psp 2000, Psp 3000, Psp Go {Psp Slimline & Lite} Psp NGP Microsoft: Xbox, {Xbox 360 Arcade & Core} {Xbox 360 Elite & Kinect} Windows 7, Vista, Xp Nintendo: GBA color, GBA SP, Gamecube, Ds Lite, Dsi, Wii, Dsi Xl, 3ds
YES. The same XMB that we all know and love will also be featured on the new PSP-Go. The only real difference between the PSP3000 and the PSP-Go is a design makeover.
