Yes the Sabbath is still binding for Christians, but not in the same sense as the Jewish tradition. Whereas in Judaism the sabbath is celebrated on a saturday, most Christians celebrate Sunday as the day of the Sabbath. This is because Jesus Christ is beleived to have rose from the dead on Sunday, after 3 days in the tomb. Also, the early apostles and christians considered Sunday as the day of the Sabbath.

As for the first answer, Christians today don ot observe Sunday as the Sabbath because they do not keep it holy, as the comamndment requires. They simply go to church on that day.

Answer (Jewish):The Laws pertaining to the Sabbath were given only the Jewish people. Only the Seven Laws given to Noah after flood applies to all humanity.
