The Victini Event will be on Wi-Fi. You cannot get it in Generation 4. The event lasts from March 6- April 10.

Yes. When the games first came out they launched the Liberty Pass. That event, however, has passewd. But you're lucky! Currently they are having an event for a special Victini! So if you want one you just need to go to mystery gift in the main menu and press receive through Nintendo Wi-Fi (Make sure you have Wi-Fi available to you). The Victini knows fusion flaire, fusion bolt, searing shot, and v-create. Hope this helps!

Victini can only be downloaded to a Black or White game. It will be available for about a month after release of the games. None of the new 156 Pokemon from B&W can be put on previous generation games.

Absolutely. To get Zorua, you must get the event celebi on one of the Gen IV games (Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/Heartgold/Soulsilver) and transfer it to black or white. I don't think the Celebi download will be available directly onto black or white (On the release date, they are replacing the celebi event with the Victini event).

Both Zoroarks are level 50 and knows Agility, Embargo, Punishment and Snarl. Also if you breed a Zoroark with a ditto you will get a Zorua egg since Zoroark technically isn't a legendary pokemon.
