However there is Rhypophobia which is the fear of filth which is probably more apt. Then comes the question can we combine the two words and have something like Rhypopablutophobia. You could do. Whilst this is not strictly correct it is done in many cases. So there you go you have just invented Rhypopablutophobia! Strictly speaking this is really the fear of dirty bathing but that fits i suppose.
