If you install it as you would on any computer, then instead of double clicking the icon to launch it, right click the icon and select run as administrator it will launch. However, for me there are a few of the options like the black and white feature are disabled. Weird but very happy to have it working on Vista. It's the best program. I've been lost without it. Hope you have the same luck I did.
