Most likely not, unless the drivers behind you can prove that you intentionally stopped in order to cause the accident. This is very difficult to prove. Also, it sounds like the car directly behind you was able to stop without hitting you. If that's true, why couldn't the rear vehicle stop in time? Even if, say, you were being tail-gated and decided to tap your brakes or stop entirely, the rear vehicle should have been maintaining a safe distance between his vehicle and the next.
