Mechanical control system for an compressor?
You don't, this vehicle has (ATC) automatic temperature control and by doing this you will burn up either the controller or the head assembly......
Electronic Throttle Control or Electronic Timing Control
what is the electronic power control?
Air suspension needs compressed air for the control of Air Springs (Air Spring is a cylinder like thing which goes up and down when air is pumped in and out of it). For pumping in and out the air, air compressor needs to be switched ON/OFF. Compressor relay connects and disconnects the compressor motor from the power supply ( battery).

In a 2006 Cadillac CTS, the electronic brake control module (EBCM) is typically located near the engine compartment, mounted on the driver's side of the vehicle, close to the master cylinder. It is part of the anti-lock braking system (ABS) and is often found near the ABS pump. For precise location and access, consulting the vehicle's service manual is recommended.
On a 1983 Cadillac Eldorado, the electronic control module (ECM) is typically located under the dashboard on the driver's side, near the steering column. It may be mounted on a bracket or directly on the firewall. To access it, you might need to remove some panels or components that obstruct your view. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for detailed instructions and safety precautions.
Yes, the electronic control unit could be a cause of the vehicle not running. These type of problems require a repair shop that can hook up the scan units to read the condition of the various electronics in the vehicle.
