In theory, plant cells are like building blocks that make up the molecular system of a plant, so the inside of a plant is very organized. But, in an animal, the animal is alive and unpredictable, so the cells are very messy and sloppy. In fact, animal cells don't even always have a circular shape, they can be oval or not even make sense at all.
