Where does Wikipedia get his information?
Wikipedia is like WikiAnswers for a lot of the things so they get their answeers from people like me.

wikipedia is a good website too. it give you stuff that is more detailed like for a report. but it doesnt have the wider selection and easier answers like wikianswers have. (wikianswers is funner!)

You must remember that WikiAnswers depends on people like you and us to give the answers so they might not always be right.

Because there are some people that are on WikiAnswers that only like to vandalize or give poor answers, but there are just as many people here that like to give good answers and to stop vandals.

Because there are just random people giving random, but maybe accurate answers out there. Like me.

They do different things. Wikipedia is more like an encyclopedia with articles on different subjects. Answers/WikiAnswers is a specific question-and-answer site. There is some information that might be the same, but this is a site where you can ask questions you can't find the answer to anywhere else.

The Best OneIf you ask me, I'll say WikiAnswers is best by far. If you ask someone who is devoted to Wikipedia, they'll say that Wikipedia is the best. In all honesty, each is the best in their areas. Though both are information sources, WikiAnswers focuses on asking and answering questions, while Wikipedia focuses on creating encyclopedia-type articles. For answers to specific questions, WikiAnswers has Wikipedia beat hands down. For detailed information about a particular subject, Wikipedia would be the preferred choice. But wait, there are other factors to consider!There is the community and fun factor if you're looking for a site to participate on. With all the things that you can do on WikiAnswers, like being involved in Vandal Patrol, Community Outreach, WikiAnswers' Influential Teens, WikiReviewers, or the Mentoring Program, WikiAnswers is definitely the place to be. The community aspect of WikiAnswers not only surpasses that of Wikipedia, but every other information source available on the Internet!
