biggest loser is fake for multiple reasons

a show called B.I.G has people at commonly higher weights and they only lose around 10-20 kg every 40 days while commonly in biggest loser they lose 10-25 kg on there first week

if you look at the finale and last episode you will notice their stomachs are magically super flat this easily inspires a month- 2month of extra when they do this episode

they act so badly about hard everything is. i'd forgive this for maybe season one and two but beyond that they must be dumb or fake as they must have some idea how hard it is

honestly this is a major giveaway the scales. this magical *sarcasm* machine seems to go 100+ plus above their real weight. must be a prop

i will give merit to having some realism but i am here to state just about why its fake
