well, i got one quite recently from virgin on contract. i found the keyboard much easier to use than my old touchscreen phone, even though the keyboard moves around a bit when you type. when i first got it, my blackberry messenger didn't work but that was because they had put me on the wrong tariff!
i would recommend it to you as i love my bbm! i find it phone really fun and easy to use:)
