This whale is also referred to as the DenseBeaked Whale. This is all I keep finding about this whale; they are deep water divers, very elusive, so much so that, there is very little data on it. In fact so, little data that a decision has not been possible. All the groups I checked said the same thing "insufficent data to make a determination". I know that it isn't on the Endangered Species List, and as for the IUCN's Red List, they are still waiting more research data.

Perrin's beaked whale was created in 2002.
Cuvier's beaked whale was created in 1823.
