Incredibly so, Suzanne Collins is an amazing and powerful writer. The Hunger Games Trilogy captures you and drags you into the story, making you feel as though you're living the character's life, which only a very talented writer has the talent to do.
In the first book and movie, it is the seventy-fourth Hunger Games. In the second book of the series, they show the seventy-fifth Hunger Games as well.

You have to be a little more specific, classes can be of various ages. For presenting "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins to your classroom, you are taking a risk. Although it is a crafty and in my opinion, a very well-written and good book, if you are recommending the book, there shouldn't be a problem, but if you are using it as a class reading project, then I wouldn't do it. The Hunger Games has a lot of violence, unless you are teaching a High School Literature class, parents might be concerned. If you still want to present the Hunger Games to your class, just remember that 22 people die in it.
