In fact 300 victims of reported chupacabra attacks were examined by a veterinarian and they weren't bled dry like the chupacabra is apparently reported to do by people who report attacks. Therefore, what does not exist cannot be aggresive so although there is technically no answer for your question the closest thing I can definitively tell you is NO.
