There are two horns. They are both located right behind the front bumper in front of the radiator. If neither of your horns are working it maybe your clock spring, but that is another answer entirely.
You take a flat head screwdriver and pry open the clock from the bottom. Make sure to have a piece of tape or I used a piece of cardboard (so as not to marr the dashboard surface). Pry it open then replace the bulb in the back of the clock housing. Then just snap it back into place.
