no
The biggest predator of a cougar is man. Man hunts cougar sometimes for sport and sometimes to protect himself or his livestock. Bears and wolves are capable of killing mountain lions, but they typically do not hunt them down as food. While technically not a predator, a mountain lion's prey can severely injure or kill it with a sharp horn, antlers or a lucky blow from sharp hoof, but this is extremely rare.

A cougar is a puma...
I'm guessing not good because out of all the 21 states that the cougar lived in, (also called that puma and the mountain lion) said there were no more cougars, basically. There have been no sightings of the cougar in any state and The US Fish and Wildlife Service said that the cougar was gone and any subspecies should be taken off the list of extinction. The cougar is believed to be extinct since the 1930's. Any sighting of the cat is going to be rare so don't hope too high.
