I would not recommend feeding an all vegetarian diet to a dog. They can survive on this diet but a dog would normally benefit on a mixed diet more. Dogs can be omnivores but dogs have a shorter digestive tract than we humans do. Corn for example, is hard enough for a human to digest so just think how difficult it would be for a dog. It is best to talk to your vet or better yet, a canine nutritionist before ever changing your dogs diet to this extreme.
