No. No quadrupeds have four knees, it is just that on some, the proportions make them look as if they do. On the front legs of giraffes, the part that looks like a knee is actually a wrist.
EDIT: The original poster is wrong, Elephants have 4 knees.
All quadrupeds walk on four legs and each leg does have a joint that is commonly referred to as a "knee", so in this sense yes, all quadrupeds have four "knees". However, the knee joint is known scientifically as the femorotibial joint (ie, the joint between the femur and tibia, or the thigh and shin, bones), which is only present in the two back legs. The "knees" in the front legs are actually the animal's carpal (wrist) joints.
NO. elephants do not have 4 knees, only 2. 2 knees, 2 elbows just like us:)

Four-legged. Literally, four-footed ("ped"). It usually refers to a four-legged animal. Cows, dogs, deer, and lions are all quadrupeds.

No. Actually, the elephant is the only animal with four knees.
Yes. The word "quadruped" is from the Latin words for "four feet". A quadruped is any four-legged animal.
Horses have two knees, one on each foreleg. The equivalent joint in the hindlegs is called the hock.
