Is the flute the easiest to play?
The flute is not the easiest to play, but not the hardest.
That is totally up to the person. I play violin, and it comes quite easily to me. My mom played flute, she liked it a lot, and I have a ton of friends who play flute too. So really, it depends on the person. Which do you like better and why? Go with that one, as long as you know, even if you can't describe it in words, why you like it best, and that…
You still can play the flute, just you have to adjust your fingers to play effectively and keep the fingers on the holes. But if you really want to play the flute, but can't, you can still play the piccolo or a treble flute, they're just flutes but smaller, higher, (and in the Treble flute's case) tuned in a different pitch!
The letters on the flute are just the alphabet from A to G. I'm in band, so I know that. But I also wanted to know. Is a flute easy to learn? I mean, I don't play flute. I play clarinet. I want to start learning flute, but when I picked up my aunt's flute and looked up how to play Mary had a little lamb, I freaked. It was SO hard.
