In the playstation store
You can only get them for free if they do a special offer.
The PlayStation Store sometimes has free games like demos, or minigames, try there.
Mostly it is free demos. Everything at the PlayStation Store has a price and you purchase it. Some things the price is free so you do not pay. There are Demos games and add ons in this category and I expect there will be more when the network comes back on
if you are asking if there any free games to download yes, go to the playstation store go to games then go to free to play some are for PS3 some are for ps vita
Games that were once for Playstation and now are for the PSP and PS3 can be downloaded from the Playstation Store. Some of the Games developers offer free downloads for the Playstation games I have heard, but have no interest is seeing if the old games are available or wanting to play them on a PS3
By using the Play Sstation store and selecting download or by using the LittleBigPlanet store and searching through the pages for free costumes. Playstation Store has the rights to exclusive download of games and add ons and you do not get to download games and add ons off the internet except from the Playstation Store and on the Playstation Network.
The Playstation Store is the only authorized download site for the PS3 and they rarely have free games except demos. While Playstation Plus members have free games it is with a paid membership and the games expire with the membership.
