Hydrogen
The voltage required to counteract the self discharge of the battery at a certain temperature. So it is the amount of voltage given to make the battery in fully charged condition.
Car battery polarity can only reverse if the battery is completely dead and then charged with the neg. and pos. leads of the charger are reversed. This is very dangerous as hydrogen gas which is given of buy a dead battery may explode and cause personal inguiry.Likewise if the car's battery cables are accidently reversed while the battery is dead. A battery is nothing more than a storage device for electric power. The alternator changes the kinetic energy given off by the engine into electrical energy. If the battery can be charged and store energy but the battery keeps discharging after you use the vehicle, check the alternator. If someone accidentally reversed polarity EVEN BRIEFLY while jump-starting the vehicle the diode plate is probably destroyed and you will have to replace or repair the alternator.

I have been charged with battery. I only removed a hand from my face when verbally attacked by a raging woman. What can I expect when I appear in court. Can I plea self defence.
what was the nickname given to high fee charged for manufactured goods from Europe
The difference is the amount of energy the charger will put into the battery over a given amount of time. A 2 amp charger is great to use to keep a battery charged when it is in storage. A 10 amp is used to recharge a battery in just a few hours. Always buy an automatic charger so you will never overcharge your battery.
If it is a car battery (as given in the category) it is reasonably safe to assume that under load it is about 12V. I = P/E = 168W / 12V = 14A T = 200AH / 14A = 14.29H However it would be entirely different for a different battery. This is also assuming that the car battery is not being charged at any time while the load is present.
If the officer was given his "GARRITY WARNING" in advance of being officially interrogated by his superiors, he cannot be criminally charged with any information gained from that questioning.See below link for information:

No, it does not apply. You were notified of the charges and given an opportunity to defend ones self.
