The safari zone is in pastoria city it is the pastoria great marsh. The Safari Zone in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl is also known as the Pastoria Great Marsh. This is located in Pastoria City, Southeast of Hearthome City and South, Southwest from Veilstone City. Travel East along Route 212 or travel West along Route 213 to find Pastoria City. Once there, it is only a short walk Northbound to a great, dome-like building. The concept of the Pastoria Great Marsh is still the same - capture the Pokemon with the allocated items within the legal limit and without running out of Safari Balls.

Where can you get a maril?
Go to the great marsh in Pastoria City. Go upstairs and look threw the binoculurles in the top centre of the room. The binoculurles will show apart of the Great Marsh and a Pokemon on the top. Go downstairs and enter a trip. Go on a Quick tram and travel to the area that looked like the area in the binoculars. Walk into the brown and green grass and you might be attacked by a Maril. If you do throw some mud then some bait then a safari ball. YOU'VE CAUGHT MMMMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want to catch any more Poke just do the same thing.
