By mass, yes. Anaconda and reticulated pythons are both huge snakes, and while the reticulated python is somewhat longer, the anaconda is much more massive, often weighing twice as much as a reticulated python of the same size.
By mass yes, on average 300+ pounds (136.08+ kg)

The question what is the biggest snake can be confusing, the biggest as far as girth (largest being measured at 44 inches or 1,1176 m) is the Green Anaconda, on average anacondas are more then 20 ft (6.09 m) long with and average weight of 300+ pounds (136.08+ kg) many reaching lengths of 29ft ( 8.83 m) or more, with a weight of over 550 lbs ( 249.48 kg), in terms of length then and only then will the Reticulated Python exceed the anaconda, the longest python was measured at 33 ft ( 10.05 m) but even this python can't match the total mass of the anaconda.
Anacondas are members of the Boidae family of reptiles and spend most of their time in rivers and swamps of the Amazon Rainforest in South America which makes them excellent swimmers and are capable of holding their breath for around 15 minutes, female anacondas are generally 3 to 4 times larger then the males and bear their young live and are called "Neonates", the number of young varies, some have produced 100 babies, but the average is between 20 to 40 babies which are about 24 inches (0.6 m) long. Diet consist of (depending on the size of the anaconda, the larger the snake the larger the prey) large/small rodents like capybaras, also pigs, caiman, jaguars, deer, dogs, birds even fish and is acquired by ambushing with a quick strike, 100 rear-facing sharp teeth hold the prey while suffocating it with constriction, (the anaconda is so powerful it generally crushes it's prey) then swallowing it whole, the digestion of the anaconda is very slow thereby allowing it to survive without food for well over a year.
Anacondas have around a 10 to 12 year year life span in the wild, in captivity some have reached 20 + years, the biggest threat to it is man and loss of their habitat.
Anaconda's are one of the world's largest & longest snake species. They are known to reach sizes of over 6.6 meters (22 feet) long on an average. Reports of Anaconda's that are nearly 35 to 40 feet long also exist, but hard evidence for such sizes is not available. They weigh an average of around 100 kilograms (220 pounds) and sometimes even more. They are usually heavier after immediate consumption of a large prey. The largest specimen was probably measured in Columbia in 1978 which was over 24 feet long and weighed over 300 pounds.

There really isn't a 'regular' anaconda. There is a Green Anaconda and a Yellow Anaconda.
The Green Anaconda is the biggest snake in the world. While it's not the longest, it is the heaviest. Greens can top out at more then 350lbs!
Yellows also heavy. Adults are usually between 80-145lbs.
The longest snake in the world is the Reticulated Python; the longest Retic being recorded at over 45 feet long.
No. That award goes to the saltwater crocodile, at over twenty feet and weighing nearly 1500 pounds. The green anaconda is the world's heaviest snake, at over 300 pounds in large specimens, and growing to 22 feet or more. The reticulated python can grow longer, but is not as heavy as the anaconda.
In Brazil, a 39 ft green anaconda was shot in 1940. It weighed to be around 700 pounds.
An Anaconda is a South American snake that constricts its prey, and it is a carnivore.

Well you people would probably think that the rhino could beat an anaconda. But their is a 90% that the anaconda could beat the rhino. The rhino is faster then a snake of course but just with a little bite the rhino is poisoned. Then is the chance of the snake to capitalize and get wrapped around the rhino. The power of the snake is unstoppable and that's why the snake could beat the rhino.
if it is green it is mean, and when it is blue it only sees you. But when it is yellow it is just a little bit mellow.
