Yes. Remains of polar bears and other large animals have been found in the Orca's (killer whale's) stomach. Orca whales have been known to come onto beaches and polar bears also swim in the ocean.
Polar bears have indeed been found in the stomachs of killer whales. Polar bears are often seen swimming in open water, there is nothing stopping a killer whale from taking it as a prey item. See related link below, for more information on the killer whales, diet and eating habbits.

Natural predators include Polar Bear, Orca or Killer Whale, sharks, and in some areas Walruses, and humans.
They rarely have to as they almost never meet each other and they usually prey on different animals, though if a killer whale thought it could eat a polar bear and attacked, the bear would probably head towards dry land(not ice floes!) and wait there.
