no unless you teach him tms because bide is his only attacking move which takes 3 turns to attack. You will be Ko'd before you even get a chance to attack. It also has nature power which has powerful attacks but only available in a a certain environment. You could also switch him out and get him to evolve fast
It would depend on how much damage you or the foe takes. whatever the damage, the attack pays it back with double the hit points it loses. If the user does not get attacked, then the move does nothing. Can't use the move if you faint, either.
Attack is the stat that determines the power of a physical move. sp attack is the power of the special move for example judgment does 100 damage but if the arceus has a higher attack than sp.attackthis move will only damage 100 rather than 145

Listen i made this question and when i used metronome a move called power wip was used s there is a move called power wip, but what does it do? "power whip is a grass type move that is physical, has an atk power of 120, a hit accuracy of 85, and is learned by Carnivine, Tangela, Tangrowth, Lickitung, Lickyilicky. It is affected by brightpowder, kings rock, and protect. it is not affected by magic coat or snatch."
No Feint Attack is just the name for the move. Feint Attack is a Dark Type move that never misses when utilized regardless of the opposing pokemon's evasion stat.Feint Attack can faint a Pokemon. It's a pretty good attack, too, with 60 base power plus STAB on Dark-type Pokemon.
To "bide your time" means to wait patiently for the right moment to take action or make a move. It implies being strategic and choosing the appropriate moment to act rather than rushing into something prematurely.
