Swords Dance would also be good doubling the attack stats or lucario. Aura Sphere for your basic fighting attack. Metal Claw for the Ghost types with levitate such as Genger and Mismagius. Bone Rush for electric types, I would say earthquake but it attack damage on all, even your TEAMMATE (if you have one) and Close Combat for a ultimate move. I also recommend having White Herb on Lucario. It'll help you alot when your using a move such as Close Combat. ....Obivously Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, Calm Mind, and Falsh cannon. Lucario gets stab from aura sphere and flash cannon. Make sure lucario ur lucario is a timid nature.

yes it should but it will not learn Metal Claw :-( But you should find a better steel type move west of Pastoria Steel Wing!!!
