No, Paranormal Activity isn't real.
It is illegal to show real death on a movie. The director did make it in his own house though. The idea for the movie is he used to live in an apartment so he was so used to hearing noises through walls and stuff. So when he moved into his house he kept hearing little noises and other things you would hear if you just moved into a new house. Actually Steven Speilberg suggested the ending. And Micah and Katie are still alive if you have ever seen The Soup they were on that the other day making fun of Kate Gosselin. You can look up the director his first name is Oron I think and his last name starts with a p.
