It is held by a rubber bushing and it is held with two bolts behide the cadyallic and it is all one piece back it is costly to replace I would weld a new pipe back with no muffler it is legal but it will be loud but only cost you 40.00 vs. 310.00 Good luck

Your drain is clogged.Under the hood on the fire wall on the passenger side beside and alittle below the drier(shiny round tank looking thing) there is a rubber drain that is shaped like the letter "L". Poke a little piece of wire in that rubber "L" and ream it out. The piece of wire should be about 6 inches long.Or if you have compressed air blow it out.
The Insulators in a torch is the rubber. I think.

the resonator is a separate part of the exhaust system not part of the muffler it is to change the tone of an engine sound some are mounted before the muffler and some after the muffler if you really want to remove it cut it off with a sawsall or chain cutter and weld in a piece of pipe or look at a aftermarket exhaust catalog many replacement pipes omit resonator's.
