If it's genuine it would be worth a considerable amount of money. However so-called "mules" are very rarely if ever found among paper currency so you would need to have the bill authenticated by an expert. the bill might be worth a little money but would it then be worth 15 dollars but having an expert look at it would be the best because they could tell you if it is worth anything.
