Reassign your controller number through the PS button, another Sackboy will spawn, although this will leave your original sackboy without any control. After 5 seconds he'll disappear. (Handy for x2 areas etc) I had assigned my normal SackBoy to Controller number 3, and then changed my Controller number back to 1. The new SackBoy was named my Evil Twin and had a Black Popit. Try messing about with the controller assignment. There's daft names like "His Goldfish", "Best Fwiend", "Secret Crush". Just a wee Easter Egg for ya.
