No. There is only one fuse for the radio.

it is under the steering wheel there are 2 buttons you turn and the panel comes off and there are your fuses.....
it's under the steering wheel, just push the button under your steering wheel , and you'll see your fuse center ,about 20 fuses with different forms.
All fuses are located on the drivers side under the panel. If you cannot get your heater blower to come on, it could be the relay located on the blower motor on the passenger side under the dash. It's a little difficult to get to. Len
in your manual it says to do a reset by turning the knob to close and push it in for 5 seconds. if that doesnt work check your fuses. there are 2 #15 and #twenty something mabe 23. if that doesnt work replace the sunroof motor

The fuses in a 1969 Cadillac Deville are under the dash on the driver's side. Look above and behind the brake pedal for a plastic cover over the fuse box.

The fuses are located under the left side of the steering wheel. There should be a plastic cover covering the fused, once you pull it, you will see the fuses.

There is an electronic release button located on the dash that activates a solenoid which prevents other people from getting to your gas filler cap for security. Solenoid could be shot, or fuses, or a relay. Buy a test light and start tracing the circuit or bring it to the dealership.
