most rearends have set preload on the bearings. Yes you rear diff is preloaded.

That depends on which engine is in it. If it is the 6.0 Powerstroke diesel, the oil capacity is 15 quarts.

As long as it is the same bolt pattern, yes. If the 2010 Super Duty rims have an 8 bolt pattern and the 1999 rims have an 8 bolt pattern, then it will work. But you only get 8 bolt patterns if your trucks are equipped with the Powerstroke Diesel engine.
well you have to take the exaust off then you need to take the gas tank off or lower it some then you need to undo it from the rearend then take the drive shaft out!
