Oral Herpes isn't a rash. It's typically a pain full blister or open paper cut like sore that forms on the lips or around the mouth. It doesn't commonly occur away from those areas. It often comes with symptoms like itching, burning and or tingling symptoms.
To know for sure you can always see a doctor and have them check it out.
